NEW	1. We have added code to add compilation association when franchise field is populated for new series, season, episode template association. 2.We have added code to inform users when invalid stacked NOLA is entered during creating episodes or OTOs. 3.We have added code to support creating Composite Episode and its children records to new or already instantiated catalog. 4. We have added code to support external publishing Composite Episode and its children records.
IMPROVEMENTS	1. We have updated metadata alert verbiage for when there is RL API error. 2.We have added code to send catalogs to BV when PBS Edit is added to Future Forward records.
OPERATIONS	1. We’ve updated the code to alert service desk sooner by checking the number of records waiting to be processed more frequently with lower threshold than before.
