How to create Collections

Collection 

Think of the collection as a folder where you can collect assets together and take action on them in bulk or simply reference them later.

How to access “Collections”:

To access the collections, click the collections button on top navigation bar :

 

How to add assets to “Collections” –

  • Add assets to your collection by clicking the Add to collections icon over the asset:

  • Or select as many assets as you want and press to the “Add to Collections” button above the assets:

How to add to existing “Collections” folder:

  1. Click on existing Collections name where you want to add these assets.
  2. Click on Add selected.
  3. Now Click on ‘Save’.

How to add to new “Collections” Folder: 

  1. Write the collection name as desired.
  2. Click on Add New
  3. Now Click on ‘Save’.

How to share “Collections” Folder:

  1. Click on Manage access
  2. Select user and level of permissions
  3. Click Add
  4. Now Click on ‘Save’.
